Social Responsibility

At Camelot, we conduct our business in a socially responsible
and ethical manner and commit to the principles of equal treatment
and respectful cooperation

Putting People at the Heart of Everything We Do

Our people are the heart and the soul of our organization. Therefore, we aim at providing a trusting working atmosphere that is conducive to our employee’s health and well-being and allows everyone to thrive. We foster a diverse and inclusive workforce and promote gender equality by empowering women – with our own “Women at Camelot” community.

At the same time, we strive to support the community in which we operate, in particular by supporting educational projects or our employees’ social engagement.

Embracing All Differences

The Diversity Charter is a corporate initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions. The initiative aims to promote the recognition, appreciation, and integration of diversity into business culture. Camelot Management Consultants has signed up for this and creates a working environment free of biases.

All employees should be valued – regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or worldview, physical ability, age, sexual orientation, and identity.

Our dedicated Camelot Team has successfully participated in the Diversity Challenge twice, reaching the final round in 2023 and securing second place with our Neurodiversity Community.

ESG allows me to be innovative, creative and think about social responsibility. At Camelot, our team efforts also help foster a more productive work environment for employees. We are the game changers; we are the ones who can make a difference in our society. Together we can create a better world!

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Diversity, equity & inclusion matter at Camelot – because we are
ALL diverse.

We foster a communication network and an organizational culture where no one has to justify his or her sexual orientation.

We ensure gender equality in actions and communication internally and externally by offering concepts and work models to guarantee equal opportunities. One example is our “Women at Camelot” community, created to empower women, facilitate knowledge sharing, networking, and offer guidance throughout their careers.

Creating transparency and understanding of different cultural and religious habits and fostering awareness and exchange are of utmost importance to us.

We embrace both physical and neurodiversity and ensure an accommodating atmosphere.

We secure knowledge transfer and exchange opportunities between generations and provide working conditions suitable for all generations.

Well-Being and Resilience

Through our internal community, the “Center for Well-Being and Resilience (CWR)”, we foster topics to improve our overall mental and physical health and encourage individuals to contribute ideas for a healthier and more resilient future for all.

Supporting Social Engagement of Employees

Cross-Team Events

We organize global or local team events, such as a tree-planting activity or waste collection to benefit the community or the environment.

Social Sabbatical

Taking a sabbatical for social purposes is a great way to support social projects while at the same time growing personally.

Social Team Events

Team events are used for social activities, such as building new playground equipment for kindergardens.

Individual Volunteering

Employees can take up to three additional days of vacation per year for dedicated activities benefiting the society or the environment. Through sharing their experiences, other colleagues can find inspiration for their own engagement.
