Our Hiring Process

During an initial HR interview, you and your recruiter will discuss your mutual expectations for the open position and your career with Camelot. Meet with your future manager in person or virtually to discuss the requirements of the position. Your ability to meet these requirements will be assessed.

If the first interview has left a good impression on both of us, there will be further interview(s) with a personal and professional deep dive. You will have the opportunity to get to know your new team.

Your Start At Camelot​

Group 3

Onboarding​

During your first days at Camelot, you will participate in a comprehensive, professional onboarding to familiarize yourself with the organization, processes, and systems. You will get to know your Camelot colleagues and receive your work equipment and Camelot accessories. You will also get to know your team and get introduced to your focus topic.

Mutual feedback​

Regular meetings with your manager will ensure that mutual expectations are met. The first feedback meeting takes place halfway through your probationary period – usually after three months. Of course, your manager will always be available to you outside of these scheduled meetings.

Mentoring​

To ensure that you have good contact with your new colleagues right from the start, your line manager will assign you a personal Camelot buddy or mentor. This can either be a colleague of a similar level who can answer your general questions or a more experienced colleague who will support you with your technical questions.

Individual development​

At least once a year, you will discuss your individual development goals with your manager and record them in your development plan. We care about your professional and personal growth. Supported by our HR Development team, your manager will work with you to design your personal learning journey.
