To prepare for your interviews, we are also interested in finding out about your goals and expectations regarding the position you applied for and us as your employer.
Have you submitted your application? We will send you an email to confirm its receipt so you know your application made it here safely. We will start by looking at your qualifications and determining whether you would be a good fit for CAMELOT.
We strive to get back to you within two weeks of your application. Please understand, however, that in some cases it may take us longer to respond. Because every application deserves careful consideration.
What happens once you have caught our attention? The first step will be for us to invite you to a phone interview with one of our recruiting specialists. The interview will last anywhere between 30 and 45 minutes. It serves to find out who you are as person, what motivates you, and what skills you bring to the table. And of course, we are also looking forward to hearing whatever questions you may have for us.

We deliberately do not conduct assessment centers, but rather rely on the personal interaction between you, our recruiting specialists, and our experts in the relevant fields. We may follow up on this interview to dive deeper and discuss specifics.
