Mannheim, 12/07/2022 – CAMELOT Management Consultants has once again won the prestigious Best of Consulting Award by WirtschaftsWoche. This year, the consulting specialists were honored in the Organization category in recognition of their outstanding consulting services for their client Takeda.
CAMELOT helped Takeda move a step closer to its mission of a data-driven company. Ensuring high-quality and trustworthy master data is at the core of the mission. Excellent transformation management, executed in close collaboration with the client, helped establish the sustainable success of the important global master data initiative. The transformation project convinced the top-class jury of WirtschaftsWoche in the dimensions of creativity and methodology, communication, real-world impact, and customer satisfaction.

Extensive challenges
CAMELOT developed an Organizational Change Management approach that engaged all stakeholders in an innovative and results-oriented way. The consultants worked with visual, didactic, and storytelling formats to communicate the benefits of the master data initiative and successfully transform a previously negative user perception into a positive one. The team used the latest tools to make change management tangible and its value and contribution measurable and easy to understand. CAMELOT and client-side colleagues acted as one team, designing and implementing measures that were specifically tailored to meet the diverse needs of all stakeholders. In the end, over 2,000 users were empowered and motivated to work effectively with the system implemented as part of the master data initiative. The project was conducted entirely remotely and with a global project team across multiple time zones.
With the Best of Consulting Award, WirtschaftsWoche has honored the best consulting projects every year since 2010. The award ceremony took place at a festive gala last week in Düsseldorf, Germany.
