Camelot attended the 9th edition of the Global Supply Chain and Logistics Summit

Camelot left a great impression in the 9th edition of the Global Supply Chain and Logistics Summit, held in JW Marriot Hotel in Dubai on the 16th of November 2016.

The key objective of the summit was to communicate the importance of integrated supply chain for both organizations and economies, clearly highlighting the transformation that supply chains are experiencing in recent years and the future that lies ahead. The speeches and panel discussions elaborated how innovation and technology have played a key part across the entire value chain and the new trends that are expected to be observed in the near future i.e. autonomous vehicles & robotics, 5G and 3D printing.

During the summit, Camelot was represented twice as we were asked to hold two different speeches. The first, by our Managing Partner Marcus Meissner who gave a key note speech on the current logistics situation and trends in the Middle East and Africa region. The second, was conducted by our Senior Consultant Melanie Lenhardt, where she covered the concept of Smart Multi Modal Logistics Hub and their key benefits for the region.

Camelot enjoyed being part of the conference with great encounters and valuable discussions.
